As an INTJ-T?

Take all of these things. Look at each of them. Ask yourself if each of them are relevant. If they are, find out what makes up each of them and look to see how you can turn them into strengths. As an example, you got ADD? Maybe you suck at focusing on one thing. But maybe you are an awesome multitasker. Dont see your alphabet soup of diagnoses ad hurdles. See them as tools to help you make the day yours! Some people may tell you not to focus on them. And that's all fine and good if that's what works for you. But I feel like you need at least one person suggesting that you do focus on them. Come to terms with them and make them work for you. I was once diagnosed with asperger's syndrome, until it got merged in with autism. I have ADHD. I have OCD. A few other things. I embrace these things and make them work for me instead of against me.
